Agree the work before it starts
We explain the recommended route and obtain your approval before proceeding. Any inspection or strip-down charge is agreed separately where applicable. If further work is identified, we discuss it with you before adding it to the job.
Collection, fitting and return
Collection and delivery are included when you proceed with the agreed repair package. We confirm the arrangements and expected turnaround for your vehicle. The supplied warranty covers the agreed gearbox work, subject to the written terms.
